· Canoe and two tubes when weather conditions permit; security deposit required
· Gallon of bottled water with access to refill

· Fire pit and small hibachi cooking (bring charcoal)
· Portapotty facilities onsite with private hot showers/ bathrooms at base camp.
· Block ice upon advance request with cooler
· Parking at tree house during dry or light rain conditions
· Trails in the George Washington National Forest for hiking
· Discount packages for Luray Caverns, massage therapy

Fees below are for two people. Additional guests can pitch a tent in the private camping area of the tree house on the river.

Sanctuary Tree House with Canoe and River Tubes

2 night minimum rental for 1 or 2 guests: $195
additional nights $90
Seven night rental: $590

Additional Camping Fees:
$40/ night for each tent (includes two adult campers)
Additional camper in tent: $15/night.
No charge for up to 3 children, 7 and under
