Basics

Directly on the Chincoteague Bay, 6 miles across from the Assateague National Seashore, and beside a sandy beach, a public boat landing, and on 100 miles of Worcester County biking trails, six miles east of quaint Snow Hill town center with excellent art galleries, library, movie rental shop, the Blue Dog Café (live music performances) and the Palette Restaurant. Fish or hang bait for crabs right from the seawall. Watch the brilliant stars, the phases of the moon, and lightening shows over the six-mile wide waters of the Chincoteague Bay. This property has limited availability; call for reservations.
WaterEdge Beach Cottage is an artist's renovation of an historic property, put together by two hunting cabins barged over from Chincoteague Island in 1931. Landscaped in 2012.
All windows have water views.

Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend
Weekend/ two night stay: $495; 7 night week $1600; extra nights: $225.
April, May before Memorial Day Weekend; September after Labor Day - October
Weekend/ two night stay: $450; 7 night week $1500; extra nights: $215.

No smoking is allowed indoors
Check-in at 3 pm; check-out by 11 am
Cleaning deposit returned after cottage vacated clean
Advance deposit is required for reservations. Full payment required before arrival. For deposit to be returned, cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to scheduled visit, four weeks Memorial Day through Labor Day. Cancellation fee of $50 additional.
